• Check electrical connections to ensure they are correct, and there are no loose terminations.

• Inspect the filters and clean or replace them if necessary.

• Clean the indoor and outdoor coils.

• Check the refrigerant levels to ensure they are within the correct operating range.

• Inspect the condensate drain for proper operation and clear any blockages.

• Test the thermostat and ensure it's functioning correctly.

• Check the fan blades for dirt or damage and clean or replace them (as needed).

• Test the unit in both heating and cooling modes to ensure proper operation.

• Check for any unusual noises or vibrations and investigate if necessary.

• Inspect the exterior unit for any obstructions or debris and clear them away.

• Verify the airflow from the vents and adjust if needed.

• Inspect the insulation around the refrigerant lines in case of damage.

Our service charge is $150 plus GST. For each additional unit, there is an extra charge of $50 plus GST. For example, if you have two high-wall units, the total cost would be $150 for the first unit plus $50 for the additional unit, amounting to $200 (excluding GST).
